Breakfast Idea

Searching for a morning meal that will work with your ‘on the go’ lifestyle?  Well look no further, this nutrient dense, packed breakfast smoothie is easy to make and keeps you full for a long period of time!

Recipe:

– 1/2 cup fresh organic blueberries
– 1/2 cup fresh organic raspberries
– Pumpkin seed protein powder
– Handful of organic spinach
– 1 tbsp of coconut oil
– 1/2 avocado
– Cinnamon
– 1 tbsp chia seeds
– 1 tbsp hemp hearts
– Almond milk
